The WKR team was in Kugaaruk and Cambridge Bay in late October for community meetings, including a "spooky" Halloween meeting in Cambridge Bay (check out Frankenstein's monster in the crowd at left).

Community meetings in Kugluktuk, Taloyoak, and Gjoa Haven are scheduled for November.
