US Senator Lisa Murkowski meets with former Nunavut Senator and WKR Director Hon. Dennis Patterson

Retired Nunavut Senator and WKR Board Director Hon. Dennis Patterson was pleased to meet at Arctic 360 with his former colleague, Alaska Senator Lisa Murkowski to thank her for her tireless leadership on Arctic security and commend her for successful efforts to secure over $2B for the Polar Security Cutter program. The Senators discussed security capabilities of both the Port Of Nome expansion and the Port of Grays Bay on the Northwest Passage in Nunavut. WKR seeks to better understand US and Canadian needs for Arctic naval infrastructure.
